Tisia Joseph

Tisia brings over a decade of leadership and service to her role as Director at Large 70th Anniversary for the Junior League of Orange County, CA.  She began her Junior League journey in 2013 with the Junior League of Kane & DuPage Counties in Illinois, quickly stepping into leadership roles in Membership.  She transferred to the Junior League of Orange County, CA in 2016 when she and her family moved from the Chicago area to Aliso Viejo.  Since then, she’s held leadership roles in Communications and Membership, served as Executive Vice President and more recently her passion for developing women leaders led her to serve as Nominating Director from 2023-2024.

Professionally, she works at a large global commercial real estate firm, where she focuses on technology solutions and helps guide the implementation of tools that enhance operational efficiency within the commercial real estate sector. Her work is centered on streamlining solutions and supporting delivery and sales teams.

Outside of her professional and League commitments, Tisia is deeply involved in her community supporting her sons’ sports and activities. She has held and continues to serve on various Boards such as PTSA and high school sports boosters. Currently, she also serves on the Board of Parents for Aliso Niguel, the organization that hosts Aliso Niguel High School’s largest annual fundraiser, Taste of Aliso Niguel.

In her free time, Tisia enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time at the beach, hiking, and working out at Orange Theory.
