Digital Engagement Vice President: Tiffany Teran

Tiffany is a Product Director at MacroHealth, where she works on healthcare pricing transparency and provider search products. Alongside her work in health tech, Tiffany has built and led creative ventures from the ground up, scaling a successful e-commerce brand and managing small teams through high-growth seasons.

Since becoming active at Junior League of Orange County in 2024, Tiffany has served as Service Learning Lead, coordinating community partnerships and designing structured volunteer experiences that support local organizations. In 2025, she was named the JLOCC Rising Star Award recipient, an honor recognizing emerging leadership and early contributions to the organization. She enjoys bringing organization and clarity to complex initiatives and creating opportunities for Members to engage in meaningful service projects. Outside of work and the League, she enjoys photography, watercolor and calligraphy, and strategically stacking credit card points for her next trip.
