Karm joined JLOCC in 2024 after a cross-country move from Philadelphia. Her career at NeuroFlow has offered her a wide leadership experience where she leads the customer onboarding team for healthcare software organization. As a newer Member, she jumped into leadership on the Community Impact Council as the Scholarships Lead. She enhanced the scholarship program and piloted a new micro grant program as an opportunity for local nonprofits serving the Orange County community. Her vision for this new grant will broaden JLOCC’s diverse community outreach. She has demonstrated excellence in building relations with key partners, planning, organization, and strong collaboration. When she isn’t working or volunteering, she’s enjoying quality time with friends, family, and her dog, Zola.
